Clayton Reaves, Founder
A Whidbey Island native, Clayton moved back to Whidbey Island from abroad to start a business. It seemed there lacked a responsive service to address the many gravel roads on the island. Since Country Road's inception in 2016 we've been able to improve 1500+ gravel driveways.

Kerry is the glue of our operations, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. She keeps our t's crossed and our i's dotted, playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of our administrative tasks. From coordinating schedules to managing paperwork, Kerry’s dedication ensures that everything runs efficiently and on time. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to our success, making her an indispensable part of our team.
Deven - Head Operator

Deven is our skilled driveway installer, bringing expertise and hands-on experience to every project. Whether he’s operating machinery or meticulously grading gravel, Deven ensures that each driveway is built to last. His versatility and dedication make him an essential part of the Country Road team. A true jack-of-all-trades, Deven is always ready to tackle any challenge on-site, ensuring that every job is completed with precision and care.
Eli - Project Manager/Estimator
With a background in construction project management, Eli leads the estimating and planning process at Country Road Driveways. He brings a systems-based approach to job scoping, blending field experience with a strong grasp of site logistics, drainage solutions, and material strategy. Eli evaluates each project with attention to grading, longevity, and efficiency—ensuring bids are not only accurate, but tailored to meet real-world conditions. His collaborative style and clear communication help clients feel confident from the first consultation through project approval.
